ING: two-thirds of share buy-backs completed
(CercleFinance.com) - ING announces that, as part of its two-billion-euro share buyback program, more than 1.
65 million shares were bought back last week at an average price of 18.41 euros, representing a total amount of almost 30.5 million euros.
This brings the total number of shares bought back by the Dutch bank to date to almost 87.2 million, for a total consideration of 1.34 billion euros, or around 67.2% of the maximum total value of the program announced on October 31.
