(CercleFinance.com) - On Tuesday, Assa Abloy announced the acquisition of Senior Architectural Systems (SAS), a British company specialising in the manufacture of high-end aluminum-based windows and doors.

Founded in 1991, SAS - which has around 150 employees - generated sales of around £50m (approx. E60m) last year, with a "solid" operating margin.
The Swedish locksmith giant says that the acquisition will be accretive to its results as soon as it is completed.
