Euronext: completes share buyback program
(CercleFinance.com) - Euronext announces that it has completed the share buyback program announced on 7 November 2024, during which 2,692,979 shares, or around 2.
58% of its share capital, were bought back at an average price of E111.40 per share. This buyback program was carried out by a financial intermediary, in compliance with applicable rules and regulations, and on the basis of the authority granted by Euronext's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 15 May 2024. The AGM to be held on 15 May will be asked to authorise the Stock Exchange Group's Management Board to confirm the cancellation by way of withdrawal of the shares acquired under the program.
