Shell: renews partnership with BMW M Motorsport
(CercleFinance.com) - Shell announces that it has renewed its long-standing partnership with BMW M Motorsport in the fields of energy, innovation and high-end technologies.
This agreement will enable Shell to continue supporting BMW M Motorsport's factory racing program, including the World Endurance Championship and the International Motor Sports Association. In addition, Shell and BMW M Motorsport will continue to collaborate on GT3 racing activities, with highlights including the Deutsche Touringwagen Meisterschaft (German Touring Car Championship) race series and the famous Macau Grand Prix. BMW M Motorsport and Shell also plan to collaborate further in R&D to explore new opportunities, which could include more sustainable lubricants, tailor-made E-Fluids for electric cars and innovative fuel and energy concepts for motorsport-related projects.
