Kone: chosen for big project in Dubai
(CercleFinance.com) - Kone announces that it has won an order to supply a suite of 'People Flow' solutions for Azizi Developments' Azizi Venice project, a leading private developer in the United Arab Emirates.
The project is strategically located in southern Dubai, near Al Maktoum International Airport, and will comprise 36,000 residential units in over 100 apartment complexes, including more than 109 ultra-luxurious mansions. Once completed, Azizi Venice will include a full-service hospital, kindergarten, schools and a four-kilometre-long main road with restaurants and stores. The complex will also offer iconic facilities such as an opera house, theater, exhibition hall and performing arts academy... Specifically, KONE's order for this project includes a total of 439 KONE MonoSpace elevators, which will be combined with KONE 24/7 AI-based predictive maintenance technology that increases building value and extends equipment life.
