Eni: KKR completes acquisition of 25% of Enilive

(CercleFinance.com) - Eni announces that, following receipt of the necessary regulatory approvals, KKR's acquisition of a 25% stake in Enilive has been finalized, in accordance with the investment agreement announced in October.


The total amount for the Eni Group, after adjustments and other items, is 2.967 billion euros, including a 500 million euro capital increase to support Enilive's growth plan.

Eni reports that with its integrated model, Enilive illustrates the progress of the satellite business model, confirmed by a post-money valuation of 11.75 billion euros for 100% of its capital.

In addition, KKR is committed to strengthening its role as a key partner, with an agreement, announced on February 18, to increase its stake by a further 5%, subject to regulatory approvals.
