Robertet: a concert of shareholders passes the 50% mark

(CercleFinance.com) - Maubert SA, Fonds Stratégique de Participations SICAV and Peugeot Invest Assets SAS have declared to the AMF that, on February 25, 2025, they had jointly exceeded the thresholds of 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%,
25%, 30%, 1/3, and 50% of the capital and voting rights of Robertet SA, and that they jointly held 53.
33% of the capital and 60.64% of the voting rights of this company.

This crossing of thresholds results from the entry into force of a shareholders' agreement constituting an action in concert between the above-mentioned members, and from the cancellation of 136,292 Robertet shares held in treasury.
