Kone: Anti Herlin elected Chairman of Board of Directors
(CercleFinance.com) - Kone Corporation announces that at the close of its Annual General Meeting on 5 March 2025, its Board of Directors elected Antti Herlin as Chairman and Jussi Herlin as Vice-Chairman.
In addition, Marika Fredriksson will chair the Audit Committee, alongside Susan Duinhoven, Jussi Herlin and Timo Ihamuotila.
