Sopra Steria: Invest Securities trims TP

(CercleFinance.com) - Invest Securities confirms its buy recommendation on the stock, lowering its target price to E254 (from E260).


The analyst believes that the 2025 outlook, even more cautious than management suggested in December, has been severely punished, sending the stock back to excessively low post-revision valuation levels.

We are reducing our 2025-26 EPS estimates by -10.2%/-8.8%, with only half of these cuts linked to operating performance, and the remaining 50% to the cost of debt and the corporate tax rate, the broker says.

While momentum is particularly weak in H1 (good news in H2 25 at the earliest), we are reiterating our Buy rating on valuation grounds, with a virtually unchanged target price of E254 (vs. E260). Only the strategy focused on sovereignty in Europe could find a favourable echo in the current context, Invest Securities adds.
