Sopra Steria: Invest Securities slightly revises its target

(CercleFinance.com) - Invest Securities confirms its buy recommendation on the stock and lowers its target price to E254 (from E260).


The analyst believes that the 2025 outlook, even more cautious than management suggested in December, has been severely punished, sending the stock back to excessively low post-revision valuation levels.

We are reducing our 2025-26th EPS by -10.2%/-8.8%, with only half of these cuts linked to operating performance, and the remaining 50% to the cost of debt and the corporate tax rate', says the analyst firm.

'If momentum is particularly weak in H1 (good news in H2 25 at the earliest), we are reiterating our Buy opinion on valuation grounds, with a virtually unchanged target price of 254E (vs. 260E). Only the strategy focused on sovereignty in Europe could find a favorable echo in the current context' adds Invest Securities.
