Eurazeo: 4% increase in AuM over 12 months
(CercleFinance.com) - At the end of December 2024, Eurazeo reported assets under management (AuM) up 4% y-o-y to E36.
1bn, of which E26.2bn for third parties (Limited Partners and individual clients), up 10% y-o-y.
Fee-paying AuM amounted to E27.0bn, up 8% overall and 12% for third parties y-o-y.
In 2024, Eurazeo reports that it will have collected E4.3bn from its customers, up 23% on 2023 and above the guidance of around E4bn.
In 2024, the group returned nearly E400m to shareholders: E180m in dividends (dividend per share up +10%), and E213m with the repurchase of 3 million treasury shares for cancellation (around 4% of outstanding shares).
Eurazeo's Executive Board will propose to the 2025 AGM of Shareholders the payment of an ordinary dividend of E2.65 per share, representing a further increase of almost 10% compared with the 2024 ordinary dividend (E2.42).
