Sanofi: E1.5bn bond issue

(CercleFinance.com) - Sanofi announces that it has successfully priced a bond issue in 2 tranches totaling E1.
5bn.

The group has issued E850m of floating-rate bonds, maturing in March 2027, bearing interest at the rate of Euribor 3 months + 0.300%.

The 2nd tranche consists of E650m of fixed-rate bonds, maturing in March 2031, bearing interest at an annual rate of 2.750%

The bonds were issued under the Euro Medium Term Note program.

Sanofi will use the net proceeds of the bond issue for general corporate purposes.
