Accor: Berenberg still sees potential

(CercleFinance.com) - On Tuesday, Berenberg renewed its buy recommendation on Accor shares, with its E54 target price, saying that it still sees growth potential in the French hotel group.


The analyst believes Accor has delivered a "solid" financial performance in 2024, marked by strong growth in revenue per available room (RevPAR), expansion of its network and growth in operating profit (Ebitda).

Berenberg expects this momentum to continue in 2025, anticipating continued robust RevPAR growth, accelerated network expansion and double-digit Ebitda growth.

And while shares have recently risen in value on the stockmarket, Berenberg still sees potential for value creation at current levels.
