Sika: acquires HPS North America
(CercleFinance.com) - Sika has acquired HPS North America, a supplier of finishing materials for the construction industry.
HPS distributes Schönox brand products, manufactured by Sika Germany, in the US market. The full integration of this business into Sika USA will create a solid platform for further expansion in the building finishing segment and will result in significant efficiency gains, the building materials group says.
