Shell: departure of Integrated Gas and Upstream Director
(CercleFinance.com) - Shell announced Tuesday the departure of Zoë Yujnovich, head of its integrated gas and upstream business, as part of a reorganization of the management team.
Zoë Yujnovich, who joined the energy company more than ten years ago, will leave the company on March 31.
In a press release, CEO Wael Sawan justifies his departure with the restructuring currently being carried out by the group, which will result in the formation of four main business clusters: integrated gas, upstream, downstream and renewables, and finally trading and procurement.
Within this framework, Cederic Cremers, head of the company's LNG division since 2021, has been chosen to become president of the integrated gas division, while Peter Costello will head upstream activities.
Both executives will join the Executive Committee on April 1.
Listed on Euronext Amsterdam, Shell shares fell by more than 3% on Tuesday morning in the wake of this announcement.
