Vinci: signs E92.4m contract in Uganda
(CercleFinance.com) - Sogea-Satom, a Vinci subsidiary, has won a contract to upgrade a water distribution network in Uganda.
It will modernise and extend the water distribution network in the Kampala region of Uganda, and will also be responsible for increasing the capacity of the Katosi water treatment plant. In particular, the works involve the installation of 70 km of cast-iron pipes and the construction of large-capacity reinforced concrete reservoirs. Two new pumping stations and the renovation of two existing stations will also be built.
