Vantiva: positive FCF for 2024
(CercleFinance.com) - Vantiva reports a positive free cash flow (after financial expenses and taxes, but before restructuring costs related to the acquisition of Home Networks) of 33 million euros for 2024, compared with -40 million the previous year.
Its adjusted EBITDA increased by 6.2% to 104 million euros, i.e. a margin slightly down by 0.6 points to 5.6% on sales up by 19.3% to 1.86 billion thanks to the consolidation of the Home Networks business.
In 2025, Vantiva expects to post a significant increase in adjusted EBITDA, to over 150 million euros, and to achieve positive FCF after financial expenses, taxes and restructuring costs.
'With the SCS transaction about to be finalized, Vantiva is fully focused on its connectivity activities to continue delivering solid performance for the benefit of all stakeholders', says CEO Tim O'Loughlin.
