Catana: transfer to Euronext Growth approved at AGM

(CercleFinance.com) - Catana Group announces that its AGM on February 27 approved the project to transfer the listing of its shares to Euronext Growth, and that its Board of Directors has decided to implement it, which will take place within a minimum period of two months.


Subject to the approval of Euronext Paris, Catana's listing on Euronext Growth will take place under an accelerated procedure for the admission to trading of existing shares, without the issue of new shares.

The yacht manufacturer thus wishes to be listed on a market more appropriate to its size, and to reduce the regulatory constraints and costs associated with listing, while continuing to benefit from the advantages of the financial markets.
