FlatexDEGIRO: Chairman of the Supervisory Board leaving
(CercleFinance.com) - flatexDEGIRO announces that Martin Korbmacher, Chairman of the Company's Supervisory Board, today informed the Chairman of the Management Board that he will be resigning from his position on the Company's Supervisory Board early, with effect from 27 March 2025.
The search for a successor had already begun in 2024, in view of the normal expiry of his term of office after the AGM in 2025. This search is well on track, the company said. Accordingly, flatexDEGIRO expects to be able to propose a succession solution within the next few weeks, with a view to election by its AGM on 2 June 2025. Copyright (c) 2025 CercleFinance.com.
