Eiffage: 2024 sales and earnings both up

(CercleFinance.com) - Eiffage has reported sales of E24.
43bn for 2024, up 7.3% on the previous year as reported and up 3.7% LFL.

In detail, construction sales rose by 7.5% (+3.5% LFL) to more than E19.5bn, while business in the Construction division fell by 6.6% to E3.98bn (-4.7% in France and -12.2% internationally).

On a reported basis, the group's operating profit before non-recurring items rose by 3% to E2,476m, with net profit (group share) of E1,041m (+2.8%). As a result, EPS rose by 3.9% to E11.07.

Eiffage also announced that its construction order book now stands at E28.9bn, up 11%.

As a result, Eiffage expects to post sales growth in all its Contracting divisions in 2025.

In Concessions, sales and operating profit on ordinary activities should rise slightly.

Lastly, net profit, group share, to increase on a constant tax basis, will be affected by the exceptional corporate income tax contribution applicable in France in 2025, and Eiffage believes that the improvement in operating performance will not be sufficient to offset the impact.
