Eiffage: sales and earnings up in 2024

(CercleFinance.com) - Eiffage has announced sales of 24.
43 billion euros for fiscal year 2024, up 7.3% on the previous year as reported, or +3.7% on a like-for-like basis.

In detail, construction sales were up 7.5% (+3.5% p.c.) to over 19.5 billion euros, while business in the Construction Division was down 6.6% to 3.98 billion euros (-4.7% in France and -12.2% internationally).

On a reported basis, the Group's operating income recurring rose by 3% to 2,476 ME, with net income Group share of 1,041 ME (+2.8%).
As a result, earnings per share came to 11.07 euros, up 3.9%.

Eiffage has also announced that its order book for construction projects now stands at 28.9 billion euros, an increase of 11%.

Under these conditions, the Group expects sales growth in all its construction business lines by 2025.

In Concessions, sales and operating income before non-recurring items should rise slightly.

Finally, Group share of net income, which will increase on a constant tax basis, will be affected by the exceptional corporate income tax contribution applicable in France in 2025, and Eiffage believes that the improvement in operating performance will not be sufficient to offset the impact
