Altarea: 26% growth in FFO in 2024
(CercleFinance.com) - Altarea reports FFO (net income excluding changes in value, calculated expenses, transaction costs and changes in deferred tax, group share) for 2024 up 25.
7% to E127.2m. The real estate group saw its operating profit rise by 10.5% to E274.1m (of which +7.6% in retail and +10.7% in property development) on sales up 2.1% to nearly E2.77bn. A 2024 dividend of E8 per share (identical to 2023) will be proposed to shareholders, who will be able to opt for payment either 100% in cash, or 25% in cash and 75% in shares. In 2025, Altarea believes that its results should benefit from the start of a recovery in housing and a good performance in retail.
