Carmila: changes to the Board of Directors

(CercleFinance.com) - Predica, a director of Carmila, has appointed Florence Habib-Deloncle, Head of Real Estate in Predica's Investment Department, to replace Emmanuel Chabas as its new permanent representative on Carmila's Board of Directors.


Florence Habib-Deloncle will also represent Predica on Carmila's Strategic and Investment Committee.

Marie Cheval, President and CEO of Carmila, and all the directors, warmly thank Emmanuel Chabas, Predica's permanent representative on the Board of Directors since June 12, 2017, for his involvement and decisive contribution to the work of the Board of Directors and the Strategy and Investment Committee.

Following this change, Carmila's Board of Directors, includes 7 women out of 12 directors, a rate of 58%.
