SAP: 2024 dividend raised by almost 7%.
(CercleFinance.com) - On Thursday, German business software company SAP proposed a dividend of E2.
35 per share for 2024, up almost 7% y-oy.
The company said that, if approved by its shareholders at its AGM on 13 May, this dividend would correspond to a total payout of around E2.74bn, compared with E2.56bn in 2023.
The pay-out ratio would thus be 51.9%, compared with 43% in 2023.
Shareholders wishing to take advantage of this coupon will need to purchase their shares by 13 May, with a payment date scheduled for 16 May.
Following this announcement, SAP shares were up 0.4% on Thursday morning in Frankfurt.
