Covivio: recurring net income up 10% in 2024
(CercleFinance.com) - Covivio reports a 10% increase in recurring net income (adjusted EPRA Earnings) to E477.
4m (or E4.47 per share) for 2024, as well as net asset value (EPRA NTA) of E79.8 per share at end-2024, up 2.7% over H2. The real estate company claims strong growth in operating performance, with consolidated revenues of E1bn (E680m group share), up 4.9% as reported and +6.7% LFL. With over E1bn invested over the year, the group has seized new growth opportunities, particularly in the hotel sector, while finalising its E1.5bn divestment plan, management says. A cash dividend of E3.50 per share for 2024, up 6% y-o-y, will be proposed by Covivio, which adds that it is targeting adjusted EPRA Earnings of around E495m for 2025.
