Covivio Hotels: 2024 EPRA earnings up 8%

(CercleFinance.com) - Property company Covivio Hotels has reported an 8.
1% increase in recurring net income (EPRA Earnings) to E258.1m at end-December 2024, or E1.74 per share, driven by higher revenues.

The strong performance of the hotel market and its hotels over the year resulted in revenue growth of 4.1% as reported and 7.2% LFL, to E334.6m.

At the AGM on 15 April, the company will propose the distribution of a dividend of E1.50 per share, up 15%, with the option for shareholders to receive this dividend in shares.

Looking ahead to 2025, Covivio Hotels states that it intends to pursue its development and continue its asset management actions to extract value potential from its existing assets.
