E.ON: UBS lowers target price

(CercleFinance.com) - UBS believes that the German elections are the key catalyst.
The analyst therefore reiterates his buy recommendation on the stock, although lowers his target price for it to E15.8 (from E16.2), which still represents 37% upside potential for the stock.

e.on remains one of our top picks in the sector. We see no major risks for network companies in Germany on the basis of the statements, UBS says.

The group thus declares itself on track to achieve its confirmed targets for FY 2024, i.e. adjusted earnings of E2.8bn to E3bn, with adjusted EBITDA of E8.8bn to E9bn.
