Commerzbank: 15-year lease signed in Frankfurt
(CercleFinance.com) - Commerzbank announced on Tuesday that it had signed a 15-year lease for the 'Central Business' (CBT) tower in Frankfurt, becoming the first and main tenant when it opens in 2028.
Under the terms of the agreement with the project's developer and owner, Helaba Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen, the banking group will occupy more than 73.000 m2 over 52 floors in this 205-metre-high skyscraper. The building will be only a short distance from the Commerzbank Tower, the German bank's historic office building.
