FDE: share price rises, strategic contract in Norway

(CercleFinance.com) - La Française de l'Energie announced last night that it had won a "strategic" contract in Norway, boosting its share price on the Paris Bourse.

The low-carbon energy specialist has signed a contract worth 20 million euros to supply electrolyzers for Agder, a 20 MW renewable hydrogen production project.

Scheduled for delivery in the first half of 2026, these latest-generation electrolyzers for the UK's ITM Power will enable the company to produce hydrogen from renewable energy sources

With this contract, FDE has reaffirmed its objectives for 2030, which call for annual sales of over 175 million euros and EBITDA in excess of 85 million euros, enabling it to gain around 3.5% on the stock market.

The fundamentals and outlook are as solid as ever, while the valuation remains modest, both in relative terms (4.7xVE/Ebitda 2026) and in absolute terms (DCF)", emphasize the analysts at TP ICAP Midcap.

The stock is trading not far from its book value, while the Group should remain highly profitable and generate substantial free cash flow in the future", adds the brokerage firm, which maintains its buy recommendation with a target of 70 euros.
