Akwel: Amiral Gestion exceeds 5% of voting rights
(CercleFinance.com) - Amiral Gestion, acting on behalf of the funds it manages, has declared to the AMF that on February 14 it exceeded the threshold of 5% of voting rights in Akwel, following the acquisition of shares on the market.
The management company stated that it held 2,266,010 Akwel shares representing the same number of voting rights on behalf of the aforementioned funds, i.e. 8.53% of the capital and 5.01% of the voting rights of this automotive equipment manufacturer.
