Safran: BofA raises price target
(CercleFinance.com) - Bank of America reaffirms its 'buy' recommendation on Safran, with a price target raised from 266 to 283 euros, following a good quarterly report from the aircraft engine and equipment manufacturer late last week.
'Growth will probably exceed 10% in 2025, while management's forecast of a margin expansion of around 100 to 200 basis points in propulsion in 2025 is very positive in our view', the broker judges.
According to BofA, strong 2024 results continue to show that 2028 targets are conservative, and 'the clear commitment to return cash to shareholders in the medium term is likely to support valuation'.
