Richemont: three new members on the Executive Committee
(CercleFinance.com) - Richemont announced Friday the appointment of three new executives to its senior executive committee, including the general managers of its two flagship brands Van Cleef & Arpels and Cartier.
Catherine Rénier, General Manager of Van Cleef & Arpels, and Louis Ferla, CEO of Cartier, have been chosen to strengthen this management body, along with Marie-Aude Stocker, recently promoted to Human Resources Director under the aegis of Nicolas Bos, the Group's CEO.
The Swiss luxury giant also reports that Jérôme Lambert will be stepping down from its Executive Committee and Board of Directors following his appointment as CEO of Jaeger-LeCoultre.
Boet Brinkgreve, head of the group's Haute Parfumerie and Beauty Laboratory, plans to leave the company at the end of April.
Following these developments, Richemont's share price rose by 1.1% on Friday morning on the Zurich stock exchange, posting the strongest gain in the SMI index of leading Swiss stocks.
