Lectra: surrounded after its annual results

(CercleFinance.com) - Lectra has jumped nearly 9% following the publication of net income down 9% to 29.
6 million euros for 2024, but with recurring EBITDA up 15% to 91.1 million and sales up 10% to 526.7 million.

The company has decided, in view of a very strong increase in free cash flow, to distribute 50% of 2024 net income. At the AGM on April 25, the Board of Directors will propose payment of a dividend of 0.40 euro per share for 2024.

Lectra has set itself the target of recurring sales in excess of 400 million euros by 2025, including 90 million in SaaS. Total sales should be between 550 and 600 million, with a recurring EBITDA margin of around 20%.
