Chargeurs: strong growth in EBITDA in 2024

3m for 2024, with EBITDA up 73.9% to E39.3m, driven by the remarkable growth of Museum Studio, the resumption of activity at Novacel and the profitability of Chargeurs PCC.
The diversified group's annual sales totaled E729.6m, up 11.9% as reported and up 10.7% on an organic basis, driven by all businesses and regions.
For the first time, Chargeurs publishes its Net Asset Value (NAV), which works out at E581m, or E24.1 per share in 2024. It also includes the payment of a dividend of E0.13 per share in respect of the past year.
To be renamed 'Compagnie Chargeurs Invest' next spring, the group is targeting 8% to 10% average annual growth in NAV over 2025-30, as well as a 2x to 3x net debt/Ebitda leverage ratio.
