Rexel: net income of 341.0 ME for fiscal year 2024

1 ME for the full year 2024, up +0.7% on a reported basis, benefiting from the positive contribution of the acquisitions strategy. Sales were down 2.4% on a like-for-like basis and on a constant-day basis.
In Q4 2024, Rexel recorded sales of ME4,893.1, up +3.6% on a reported basis and down 0.5% on a like-for-like basis and on a constant-day basis.
The adjusted current EBITA margin of 5.9% in 2024 was down -98 bps on 2023. Adjusted recurring EBITA came to MEUR 1,131.7 (versus MEUR 1,347.2 on a comparable basis in 2023), and recurring EBITA to MEUR 1,139.3 (including a positive non-recurring copper effect of MEUR 7.6).
Net income came to MEUR 341.0 in 2024, and recurring net income to MEUR 662.3.
For 2025, we are targeting: stable to slightly positive sales growth on a constant-day basis; an adjusted current EBITA margin of around 6%; and free cash flow of around 65%, excluding the €124 million fine imposed by the French Competition Authority, which will be paid in 2025.
