Covivio: latest The Sign building inaugurated in Milan
(CercleFinance.com) - Covivio announces the inauguration of the new headquarters of L'Oréal Italia: located in Piazza Fernanda Pivano 1, Milan, the 'L'Oréal Italia Beauty Hub' is spread over the entirety of the last building delivered from its urban regeneration project 'The Sign'.
The new building, totalling 13.000 m² spread over nine floors, was designed with the highest standards of sustainability and technological innovation in mind, and is distinguished by its facade which alternates glazed surfaces with opaque metal elements. 'A former industrial zone in the south-west of the city, transformed into an innovative, sustainable and connected district, The Sign is already home to major multinationals such as AON and NTT Data', stresses the property group.
