Hexaom: 29% decline in annual sales

(CercleFinance.com) - In 2024, Hexaom announced sales of 727.
2 million euros, down 29% (on a like-for-like basis), in line with its expectations, including a 31.5% decline in its core homebuilding business, to 599.5 million.

The Group confirms its target of operating profitability of around 3% of sales in 2024, "a satisfactory level given the complexity of the market and the non-recurring costs incurred to adapt the structure to this drop in production".

For 2025, 'taking into account the on-board business, the development of diversification lines and a more favorable base effect', it anticipates, on a like-for-like basis, a more moderate decline in sales, while maintaining profitability.
