Akwel: annual sales down more than 7%.
(CercleFinance.com) - Akwel has announced sales of 989 million euros for fiscal year 2024, down 7.
3% (-7% on a like-for-like basis), including 231.2 million in the last quarter, down -13.5% (-13.7% in organic terms). "The decline in activity recorded over the year, which accelerated in the second half, should result in a fall in the Group's operating margin before non-recurring items of around two points in 2024", it warns. With the global automotive market still fragile, and with limited visibility for automakers, Akwel anticipates at this stage a decline in activity in 2025 comparable to that observed in 2024.
