Honeywell: planned spin-off with Q4 results

(CercleFinance.com) - In conjunction with the publication of its quarterly results, Honeywell announced its intention to spin off into three separately listed companies, combining its automation, aerospace and advanced materials businesses respectively.


The spin-off, decided by its Board of Directors following a comprehensive portfolio review, is expected to be completed in H2 2026, creating three industry leaders with distinct strategies and growth drivers.

For Q4 2024, the diversified industrial group reported adjusted EPS down 8% to $2.47 and a segment margin down 3.5 points to 20.9%, on revenues up 7% to nearly $10.1bn (+2% organic).

For 2025, Honeywell expects adjusted EPS of between $10.10 and $10.50 and a segment margin of between 23.2% and 23.6%, for revenues of between $39.6bn and $40.6bn, compared with $9.89, 22.6% and $38.5bn respectively.
