Ontex: agreement to sell Turkish subsidiary to Dilek Grup
(CercleFinance.com) - Ontex Group announces the signing of a binding agreement for the sale of its Turkish subsidiary to Dilek Grup.
The transaction covers Ontex's activities in Turkey, associated exports and its Istanbul plant. The subsidiary generated sales of €90 million in 2024 and belongs to the Emerging Markets division. Its sale is in line with Ontex's strategy of refocusing on retail and healthcare brands in Europe and North America.
