Signify: start of share buyback program

(CercleFinance.com) - In line with its announcement of January 24, Signify has announced the start of a share buyback program worth up to 150 million euros, which should be completed towards the end of the current year.


Of this amount, the Dutch lighting specialist will first buy back shares worth 30 million euros, which will be allocated to cover obligations linked to share-based compensation plans. The remaining shares will be cancelled.

At the current share price, the program represents a total of around seven million shares, or 5.5% of Signify's capital. The program will be carried out by a market intermediary.
