Kaufman & Broad: targets around 5% sales growth in 2025

8m (excl. VAT), -23.6% from E1,409.1m in the same period in 2023.
Housing sales were E908.0m (excl. VAT), compared with E957.8m (excl. VAT) in 2023, i.e. 84.3% of group sales.
In 2024, housing reservations by value reached E1,163.3m (incl. VAT), compared with E1,079.4m for the same period in 2023, up 7.8%. In volume terms, sales came to 5,543 units in 2024, compared with 5,332 units in 2023, up 4.0%.
Operating income came to E84.2m, compared with E109.3m in 2023.
At end-November 2024, net income for the consolidated group came to E57.8m, compared with E76.5m for the same period in 2023.
Net income - group share came to E45.0m, compared with E60.2m for the same period in 2023.
FY 2025 group sales are expected rise around 5%. Operating income before non-recurring items should come in at between 7.5% and 8.0%, K&B says.
