Wavestone: organic growth of 1% for nine months

(CercleFinance.com) - For the first nine months of its 2024-25 financial year, Wavestone posted sales of 698.
5 million euros, up 54% on a reported basis due to the acquisitions of Q_PERIOR and Aspirant Consulting, but down 1% on an organic basis.

On a sales basis, the firm's order book stood at 4.5 months at December 31, 2024 (including Q_PERIOR and Aspirant Consulting), compared with 3.7 months three months earlier. On a like-for-like basis, it stood at 4.1 months, compared with 3.4 months at September 30, 2024.

Wavestone confirms its annual targets, namely stable sales compared with pro forma 2023-24 of 943.8 million, and a recurring operating margin of 12.5% (at constant exchange rates and excluding new acquisitions).
