Visa: Q1 EPS up 14%
(CercleFinance.com) - On Thursday evening Visa reported an 11% increase in adjusted net income (non-GAAP) to $5.
5bn for Q1 2024-25, or $2.75 per share (+14%), on revenue that rose 10% to $9.5bn.
These solid results reflect strong spending over the holiday season and improving trends in payment volume growth, cross-border volumes and transactions processed, it said.
The payment solutions group reported a 9% increase in payment volumes and a 16% jump in cross-border volumes, while its processed transactions grew by 11%.
