Klea Holding: appointment of a director

(CercleFinance.com) - Klea Holding announces the appointment of Raphael Smila as a new member of its Board of Directors, effective immediately.
The unanimous decision to co-opt Raphael Smila will be submitted for approval at the forthcoming AGM.

Raphael Smila is a chartered accountant and Chairman of a family office, with holdings in a number of companies in the real estate, industry and new technologies sectors. He is also a shareholder in Klea Holding.
