HiPay: capital increase completed
(CercleFinance.com) - Hipay Group has announced the success of its capital increase, which took place from January 10 to 24: the gross amount was 6,765,000 euros, resulting in the creation of 1,353,000 new shares, subscribed at a unit price of five euros.
At the end of the subscription period, subscription requests totaled 2,398,301 shares, i.e. 177% of the transaction amount, it being noted that HiPay had received commitments to subscribe for 75% of the amount. The company's share capital at the end of the transaction is divided into 6,313,974 shares.
