Macquarie: EU approves acquisition of Dow InfraCo
(CercleFinance.com) - The European Commission announces that it has approved the acquisition of joint control of Dow InfraCo LLC ('InfraCo') by Dow Inc and Macquarie Group Limited.
This transaction mainly concerns the infrastructure sector - notably the manufacture of sites and pipelines.
