Prodways: towards a transfer to Euronext Growth

(CercleFinance.com) - Prodways has announced that it will convene a Combined General Meeting on March 10, to consider a proposal to transfer the listing of its shares from the Euronext Paris regulated market to the Euronext Growth Paris multilateral trading facility.


This transfer to Euronext Growth Paris should simplify the company's operations and reduce the costs associated with its listing, while enabling it to continue to benefit from the attractions of the financial markets.

At the same time, a global strategic review has been launched by management to examine all possible options. Prodways plans to announce the company's new direction by the second quarter of 2025 at the latest.
