Home Depot: partnerships with Uber Eats and DoorDash
(CercleFinance.com) - Home Depot has signed partnerships with the Uber Eats and DoorDash platforms, which will now be able to offer delivery of items marketed by the American DIY chain.
From today, the company's 2,000 stores in the United States will be available via the two applications.
Their customers will be able to choose their items from a selection of tools, building materials or gardening products, opting for either immediate or scheduled delivery.
In a press release, Uber Eats explains that, with this collaboration, it aims to make life easier for construction professionals and Sunday handymen in need of rapid assistance.
DoorDash explains that some 115,000 non-food partner stores are now referenced on its platform in North America, enabling delivery of two million products as diverse as clothing and make-up products.
