United Airlines: strong EPS growth in Q4
(CercleFinance.com) - On Tuesday evening, United Airlines reported a 63% increase in adjusted EPS to $3.
26 for Q4 2024, with an adjusted pre-tax margin up 3.5 points to 9.7% and operating revenues up 7.8% to $14.7bn. The Chicago-based airline posted FY 2024 adjusted EPS that rose 5.6% to $10.61, at the top end of its target range of $9 to $11 provided at the start of the year. Management says that 2024 was a strong year for United on all fronts, and we enter 2025 with demand trends continuing to accelerate, putting us on track for double-digit pre-tax margins.
